Moodntone SAS will refund you for any product ordered that doesn't give you a complete satisfaction.
You ordered a product and you are not satisfied? You have the right to withdraw without giving any reason within fourteen days of the day of delivery of your order.
To retract, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a declaration by post to:

Shipping costs related to the return of the property are the responsibility of the customer.
You must return your parcel without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after you have communicated to us your decision to withdraw from this contract to the following address:

The refund will be made, at the latest, within fifteen calendar days from the date on which Moodntone is informed of the Customer's decision to retract.
The refund will be made by bank transfer to the customer's account that was used to place the order.
Only will be accepted the return or exchange of complete products (accessories, instructions ...) and in a perfect state of resale, (not soiled, undamaged, not worn).
We will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you specifically agree to a different means; in any case, this reimbursement will not incur any costs for you.
